Cookie Policy

Project Limitless, LLC  ·  Last Updated: June 2026  ·  Version 1.0 (Draft)

Project Limitless uses a small number of essential, first-party cookies and nothing else. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies, and we do not track you across other websites. This page explains, in plain language, exactly which cookies we set, why, and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies are described as "first-party" when they are set by the website you are visiting (in this case Project Limitless) and "third-party" when they are set by another company, such as an advertising network. They are described as "essential" or "strictly necessary" when a site cannot function without them. Every cookie Project Limitless uses is first-party and strictly necessary.

2. The Cookies We Use

We set only the following cookies, and only after you sign in. Their sole purpose is to keep you authenticated and to show you the correct experience for your account.

  • pl_access_token - a short-lived authentication token that keeps you signed in while you use the Platform. First-party, strictly necessary.
  • pl_refresh_token - a longer-lived token used to renew your session securely so you are not signed out unnecessarily. First-party, strictly necessary.
  • pl_user - stores your basic account context, such as your role, so the Platform can route you to the right experience. First-party, strictly necessary.

These cookies are retained only for as long as needed to keep your session working and are cleared when you sign out. We do not sell or share the information in these cookies, and we do not use them for advertising.

3. What We Do Not Use

To be clear about what is not present on the Platform:

  • No analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any comparable third-party analytics service that sets cookies in your browser.
  • No advertising or marketing cookies. We do not run ads, and we do not set cookies to build an advertising profile or retarget you.
  • No cross-site tracking. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any technology designed to follow you across other websites or services.
  • No preference or social-media cookies. We do not set optional preference cookies or embed third-party social widgets that drop their own cookies.

Because we set no analytics or advertising cookies, there is no advertising or tracking consent for you to manage, and a browser "Do Not Track" signal has nothing on our Platform to limit.

4. Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary for authentication, blocking or deleting them will sign you out and prevent you from using the authenticated areas of the Platform. Pages that do not require sign-in will continue to work.

Most browsers let you manage cookies from their privacy or security settings, including options to clear existing cookies and to block future ones. Refer to your specific browser's help documentation for the exact steps.

5. Changes and Contact

If we ever introduce additional cookies, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
